Hot Tamale: Dip pistachio and green peas herb tamiyasand chilli dip

Light salad: lettuce leaves, cress, avocado, oat flakes, sweet red peppers, smooth whiskey-ginger-honey dressing

Savoy packets with fragrant mushrooms and pomegranate seeds, fresh tarragon and coconut cream

Kabobs: Marinated and grilled Portabello mushrooms and seasonal vegetables on a rosemary skewer

Egg Roll: Marinated sauteed vegetables baked into a crispy sesame filo pastry served with either spicy mustard or sweet and tangy plum sauce

Tofu Peanut Satay: Cubes of marinated tofu skewered and served with a spicy peanut sauce

Crusty baked masa boats with your selection of:
Roasted poblano, potato and tofu queso fresco
Grilled sweet corn, black beans and avocado
Smoky chipotle marinated tomatoes, cashew cheese and epazote

-Fresh Rolls: Rice paper wraps filled with seasonal vegetables, vermicelli rice noodles, a hint of thai basil and mint. Garnished with spicy peanut sauce.

Pate of roasted red pepper, walnut and pomegranate molasses
